TASTING NOTE:
"Tropical fruit on the nose is immediately apparent alongside cinnamon, vanilla parfait, and honey water. Something akin to green cardamom and green bananas amongst the cantaloupe melon, Victoria pineapple, and papaya. All these gallop forward on the palate but are soon reigned in by a warm wood character and structurally robust mouthfeel. There's some anise on the finish and a fair amount of wood dryness along with the robing deep honey.
