"It has a bright nose that starts with Kiwi notes lead to a light, bright fruit profile with pear drops and pineapple wedges, mingled with a damp hay and slate that evolves to an overripe fruit mingled with zesty orange and honeycomb. To the taste we get toffee pennies and dried fruits that develop into white pepper, spices, and leather with a hint of heat in the mouth, astringent with dry cooking spices."
