TASTING NOTE:
"The powerful aroma of sugar cane and syrup is complemented by notes of tart mango and green mango skin, with a touch of vegetal chilli adding complexity. The greenness of the chilli and subtle spice enhance the vegetal sugar cane juice flavour. However, the overripe mango and Scotch Bonnet chilli contribute to an overly sweet taste, masking the mango flavour. The definite chilli presence on the nose pairs well with the fruity mango notes, resulting in a fresh and pleasing experience, though the finish is a bit short."
