TASTING NOTE:
"The nose starts with some funky notes, ripe oranges, generic ripe tropical, small bits of vanilla and a little wood smoke. The palate is smooth, rounded, dry and introduces hints of whisky aromas such as malt, wood varnish, orange peel, red apple. On the finish, I get tapenade. The palate feels fresh and most importantly the higher abv does not stick out. The rum is beautifully balanced.
