DESIGN NOTE:
"A slightly tar-y nose reveals almonds, marzipan, white florals, candle wax, Brazil nuts, and car polish. On the palate you find anise first, leading to deep toffee, nutmeg, cinnamon, pepper, and cloves. THe barrel influence is balanced and the drying quality bring out lemon peel, leading to a long finish. Intermixed you find notes of olives, vanilla, fennel, mint, cherries, pecans, light molasses, sultanas, dried fruits, wintergreen, and woody spices in this intense, fun rum."
