"The rum starts of with a rich nose of dried grapes, pineapple, hints of varnish and warming spices and vanilla. There's apricot and wood smoke. This smells like a super premium rum with lots of tropical ageing aromas, all dry and with hints of coffee and chocolate nibs. The palate is equally as rich with more of the chocolate, coffee and tropical fruits and dry stone fruits with sweet spices. There is a sticky, chewiness to the mouth feel but equally it is full bodied and rich with the tropical fruit described on the nose."

"The rum starts with pronounced aromas of coconut and pineapple. There is also bourbon like vanilla, buttery popcorn and wood varnish with a hint of smoke. The nose is stunning, reminding of super premium bourbon. There are hints of molasses soft caramel and butter on the nose. The palate is dry with wonderful pronounced bourbon notes. Vanilla, pineapple and bbq corn with wood smoke. The finish is very spicy in a very pleasant way. Overall its a delicious spirit."

"The nose has a barbecue/savoury aroma with roasted vegetal notes and cooking herbs (think of rosemary). The palate is beautifully balanced between the high abv and the pleasant flavour from the liquid. There's more savoury notes of tapenade, roasted vegetables, cooked lemon with a smoky hint adding some complexity. The finish is quite quick but overall it is balanced very well. "
