"Rich caramel and toffee on the nose. More rich toffee on the palate, a little bit of heat on the tongue. Dry chewiness as it develops with some dried fruits in there too. Sultanas and raisins. Quite a long and warming finish. Great ABV - drinks so very easily."

"Rich creamy toffee on the nose with some dried fruit and a hint of treacle. Very well integrated for the ABV, Rich and unctious on the palate with some black treacle and dark chocolate, quite complex with a nice long warming finish"

"Cinnamon, cacao nib oats, and deep honey on the nose. Opens up on the palate with lovely pomelo, zestiness, tobacco leaf, complex wood. ABV dries the palate but in a welcome way with lovely development of flavours."
